cardio/bicep curls

hey you guys......
For cardio i usually do 600 skips plus whenerver i make a mistake i do 10 squat thrusts... is it any good???
and for the bicep part i do supersets 5x5 then with no rest i do 3x12 so am i abusing my muscles or is it just okay and i also noticed whenever i do less exercise it hurts more the next day compared to doing like more exeercise

heheh my bad... actually i workout my whole body.... so bro is it okay what im doing??? or am i making the biggest mistake of my 19 year life
 
if your muscles are not hurting when you do the exercises i see no problem, however when you feel them hurting or strained, it means brake time. if your feeling yourself strained from the exercises then your abusing muscles, if not then your arent. thats how i see it. liftng 100kgs for me is straining muscles but for someone else it mightbe cookies, depends on how you feel and how difficut you find the exercises. remember to rest properly

if you ask me your cardio is too time consuming, 600 sounds like a long time, remember its bad to keep HR up for a long time, also cardio is there just to raise HR, your not supposed to build muscle or anything, i would tone it down to something that simply gets ur heart beating faster. what your doing seems like something to build general muscle
