cardio before lifting, and comment on ma workout

ummm, thats alot of food, i don't have a appetite like yours, and i don't think i can wake up at 2"30 to drink protein shake lol well thats some metabolism you have
 
actually; i dont think i have a good metabolism(believe it or not)
i am definently not an ectomorph: i am probably a meso; probably not a endo.

i know i dont have a GOOD metabolism is kuz i used to be 141lbs when i was in 6th and 7th grade(age12). I started to exercise ect ect. Dropped down to a dangerous 110lbs(i was overtraining). I realized i was dooming myself about 3 months ago so i stopped. I went up to 120. Now im around 130 after 3-4 weeks of bulking, age 15.
