cardio, and weight

hi guys, i think i have reached my ideal weight since i started working out, so ive decided to go on cutting, which i think its must difficult part for me cos of my diet. however, i decided to clean up my diet and start cutting. but i dont really have time to do cardio in the morning and weight in the afternoon. is it cool to do Hitt cardio right after weight training? i am planning to stick with same 4 day 1 off weight train routine, but how often should i do my hitt cardio? is 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week good??
 
you could do HIIT then 20-30 minnutes is good ;) you could do cardio on the days ur not at the gym.. if not, after weight training is fine
 
hey how many cardio days should i do per week? 4 or 5 or 7 days a week?
 
If you're doing HIIT training right, 20 minutes should be more than enough. 4 days a week is plenty, maybe once you get used to it, go with 5. But remember, it's all about the diet.
