if you have tons of muscle...don't eat...and run a few marathons, then yes, sorry I'm just in a sarcastic mood.
Basically it depends on how much cardio, the intensity, and most importantly what and how much you are eating. If you are doing light cardio or a little bit of interval training between lifting days, it won't do anything except help....help with strengthening you heart, decreasing fat, etc.
But if you do excessive amounts (emphasis on excessive) and are not eating enough to gain muscle mass, then yes, it will be much MUCH harder to put on muscle, or it may reduce muscle, to answer the question.
