cardio and bulking ?

ive been bulking for about 5 months and ive got a really big belly now cause i cant really have a clean diet (long reason )
i was wondering if i could do extreme cardio workout with my normal routine
cause i read somewhere that u shouldnt do alot of cardio whilst bulking.

Well. You shouldn't do an "extreme" cardio exersize, AND your normal weight lifting. You will over-train.

Take it easy and split it 50/50, do some cutting, and don't worry about bulking for about a month.
 
i mean like i workout on monday , wed and friday
shall i do like 30 mins running on tuesday and thurs
i have sunday and saturday for rest

would that be ok ?
