Like some of you, I watched "The biggest loser" on TV this past season. (Season 7) I was so moved and so touched by everyone's journey but I didn't do anything to change myself. I have MAJOR motivational problems. I want want want but don't do. Well on June 30th as I was driving home from work I figured I would stop and wash my car. So I pull in and who do I see walking by, Tara and Mike from the biggest loser. Just seeing them for 5 minutes was more inspirational than watching them for 18 weeks. I'm currently 237 and Id like to be somewhere sub-200. I hate feeling embarrassed to take my shirt off. My area gets like 100 degrees with 400% humidity. Perfect for shorts no shirt and working outside.
As of today (July 1) I'm 237 5'-10"
I need to get my ass in the gym
Eat better - cut the pasta, pizza and sweets and add more salads and veggies and fruit.
So heres to the 1st day of the rest of my life!
