AWow Rachael!!!! :hurray::hurray: you are looking great! What a difference in your face! You were lovely before and just stunning at your current weight! You have every reason to be proud and pleased! Keep making those good choices and this next 20 pounds will also come off, probably not as quickly as the first 20, but it will come off none the less!
You go girl!!

So proud of you!!:hurray:

Thank you Sarah for your kind words. The next 20lbs are harder indeed! I wish I had your attitude towards exercise! But I promised myself that when I come back from business trip that I'll do that yoga class :):)

Oooh Rachel. Looking great sweets!! Love that smile! Keep up the good work xo Cate

Thanks Cate - I'm glad you've snapped out of your sad phase and are now doing better. My Cohen contract has expired last week and the clinic has called me. They said that I can opt to continue on my own and they will give me the stabilisation plan. I'm still about 7kg away from my goal weight but I thought I'd give myself until December to lose that. So far, I'm still losing but not that fast anymore and I feel great. My clothes look good on me and I'm just overall happy.

My sister came out tall and thin and I came out short and fat. Talk about getting the short end of the stick. Anyway, luckily, weight is one of those things that we can do something about. And that's what I'm doing now. I have been overweight all my life so it has been really difficult with clothes - think Asian sizes. I super admire your exercise regimen.....keep it up girl! You have done some AMAZING progress already!!!!!

I'm down to 154lbs bringing my total weight loss to 31 pounds :):) Cohen Lifestyle is SO rewarding and it is the right program for me since I hate exercise. But, I know that I do have to exercise at some point....thinking of doing that next time when I'm in the 140's.........

I also got the official note from my boss today that my increase will take effect 1 April......so it's good news all around.

Thank God for all these wonderful blessings!

Hi, there Wild At Heart? How is your weight loss doing so far? I can totally relate about being Asian and being overweight. I used to live in Japan, even though I'm half Korean, for most of my childhood life and I always hated going off-base to go clothes shopping. Everything was way too small! It seemed maybe 1 out of 100 Japanese people were obese! I was always overweight myself and now that I'm 30, I'm tired of seeing my overweight self! Good luck to you, my Asian friend!
