Massive apologies for not keeping this up to date over the christmas period. I got quite a lot of time off over christmas and basically spent it not doing very much. I did very limited exercise and ate and drank way too much (much like everyone else at christmas time

)
I did however, keep track of the food I was having; It’s not exciting reading I’m afraid. All I know is that I’ve definitely put on weight (I can tell as certain clothes have got a little tight and it's a bit obvious really) and that I will be back in the gym starting tomorrow and I’m gonna get this weight down.
Only other thing that is noteworthy is that I appeared on local radio over the Christmas period. Feel free to have a listen to that:

Dinner:
Friday: Lamb ragu – ate out
Saturday: Shepards pie
Sunday: Roast pork, apple sauce, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, broccoli
Monday: Chicken stir fry and rice
Tuesday: Beans on toast
Wednesday: Sausages, jacket potato, carrots and beans.
Thursday: Spaghetti Bolognaise and tomato bread
NAUGHTY:
Friday: A fair few beers, chicken and chips at 4am
Saturday: half a bacon sandwich for breakfast
Monday: Mince pie and cream.
