Cantona's Calorie Cutout Countdown Continuum (updated weekly)

So Friday I went back to the gym again. Hit the free weights (as that’s my new thing). All went pretty well, I’m not struggling, but it’s not that easy either (A happy medium). The next day my legs were killing though. No pain no gain, right? Not just the thighs like last time though. Arms and chest too. I guess it’s shows that this is working.

Went and played cricket again on Sunday. And then went back to the gym Thursday evening as I knew I was going home for the week:

25th Feb
Friday: Pork, apple sauce, butternutsquash, carrot and broccoli
Saturday: Steak pie, gravy, new potatoes, leeks
Sunday: Chicken stir fry and rice
Monday: Sushi
Tuesday: Ham sandwich and crisps
Wednesday: Sausages, new potatoes, cabbage, carrots and gravy
Thursday: Lasagne.

Apologies for no update; double stuff this week, unfortunately I always go a bit lax when I go home and this week was no different. Didn’t do much in the way of exercise and I ate and drank rubbish.

4th March
Friday:
Saturday: Steak, chips and salad
Sunday: Roast lamb, potatoes, butternut squash, carrots and gravy
Monday: chicken stir fry and rice
Tuesday: lasagne and garlic bread
Wednesday: Sausages in a tomato sauce with baked potato and green beans
Thursday: Chicken tikka style wrap with some rice cakes

Naughty:
Too much to mention ?

Again, no access to scales and other various stuff, so will leave the weight update until next week.

I WILL COMMIT TO THIS DIARY YET. I think my problem is a lack of goals.

Will do better next week.
 
Properly back into the swing of it this week, played cricket as normal on Sunday.

Went to the gym Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. BOOM.

Friday: beef stew with carrots, mushroom and onion with mashed potatoes ad peas.
Saturday: Sausages, potatoes, cabbage, carrots and gravy
Sunday: Pork chop, apple sauce, roast potatoes, courgettes, carrots, peas, yorkshire pudding and gravy
Monday: Pork curry with rice and half a naam.
Tuesday: Pork stir fry and a jacket potato
Wednesday: spaghetti bolognese and garlic bread
Thursday: sausages, steamed potatoes, carrots and broccoli

Naughty:
Friday and Saturday: Alcohol

Again, no access to scales and other various stuff, so will leave the weight update until next week, AGAIN.
 
Went to the gym last Friday, doing some cardio stuff, Sunday went and played cricket again and managed to fit another gym session in on Wednesday.

Really struggling to find the time to fill this out what with all my uni work and dissertation bollocks. Also time at the gym is becoming less frequent because of this.


Friday: Italian; ASK
Saturday: Bacon stuffed onion and dauphinoise potatoes
Sunday: Roast chicken, roast potatoes, butternut squash, carrots and beans with gravy
Monday: Chicken, bacon and mushroom spaghetti carbonara with garlic bread
Tuesday: Duck with a lentil stew
Wednesday: Beef stew with mashed potatoes and broccoli
Thursday: Sausages, chips and peas.

Naughty: Beers on Friday and Saturday

Still need to pick my scales up from home :(
 
Yeah I fucked up. I needed this place more than I thought.
