read about a 24-50 routine or something in this section, i tried searching but thats all i remember and it cuoldn't find it either...i dunno if those are the right numbers or not but i wanna give this a try and i can't find it for the life of me....any help? I'ma keep searchign though

I found it, it was Chad Waterbury's article...but I thought there was a for maxmial strgeth gains WITHOUT hypertrophy... I'll link it and maybe somebody can figure it uot better than me and give me an idea for maximal strgeth gains without hypertrophy, thanks..
