Thanks ladies :) I think I'm definitely going to get back to posting daily and visiting diaries at least every few days starting this weekend.
 
LOL on the estrogen comment. I've had a rough eating weekend, but I had a killer workout today and a decent one Friday so I hope that it balances out at least a little.
 
The weight is staying OK, but I do want to lose some this week. I was so excited when I dropped that 3 pounds a couple weeks back. Now I want another couple more.

She had me doing squats. It was a hard circuit workout, but it burnt a bunch of calories I'm sure. I need to really push myself on those squats.
 
This stupid cough is 95% gone. I no longer have an excuse to not take the stairs at school. I figure I can at least start cranking on the stairs. Hope everybody is doing alright. The weekend is almost here :)
 
Wednesday evening :) The only reason I've been avoiding the stairs is sometimes they would be followed by a coughing jag. I'm keeping at the squats, but boy they're hard :). Glad to see you posting Val :)
 
The cough is about gone thank goodness. I ate a bit more than I'd like for a Thursday because I went out with my old principal and some teachers from my old school. I am going to try and wake up at 5:00 tomorrow and workout before school.
 
I was there by 5:20. It was rough, but I got my workout in. I weighed in today at 379--not great, but that's another pound down.
 
I was walking my class back upstairs after lunch and they were a little talkative. I usually stop and turn around to take control of my class, but there were no other classes around so I ran. It was fun to turn around and see all the 13 and 14 year olds breathing hard when they got to the top of the stairs. They were too out of breath to talk anymore. I'm not going to pretend that 46 stairs is some Herculean effort requiring Olympic level fitness, but I can see my fitness level is definitely improving.
 
hahah that probably gave them the shock of their life also, seeing that you could run so well for a big guy :D
