Awww, now I'm sad I'm missing out. I love comp/console games and RPGs are the best! Hahaha... Ahh my geek side just got the best of me. ;)

Tammy--I did see the Simpsons movie and I enjoyed it. The avatar is a picture of me "Simpsonized". It looks nothing like me lol.
 
Thanks for stopping by today. I wanted to say to you to push your body gently. I read that, and now thats what I think of while I'm out there, just doing it gently, but doing it. Hey I think my route is getting easier for me. I love passing through the different neighbourhoods, they are markers along my journey.

How great that other people are seeing a difference in you and also that you are organizing yourself well for your trip. I guess you're getting quite experienced in what works and what doesn't for you at these times.

I barely understand what it is you're going to but to me it sounds like something really fun and like something off TV. :D I hope you enjoy it!

None taken. It will be excedingly nerdy and that will be quite fun for 4 days. After 5 or 6 it'd get in my nerves, but in short doses Viva la Geeks!

Yeah, I don't do everything I should, but preparing makes it easier. Last trip I took I ate better than I could have, but I still felt sick from the change in diet. I think if I listen to my body its a great barometer of when I've had a little indulgence and when I've gone too far.
