Thanks for popping in. Its not 7+ pounds anymore its 12+ pounds, but it was almost 14 on December 26. I will get myself back on track and slowly I am doing so.

So I've been absent for a couple of weeks, but I can see you are keeping it up. Steady and getting there... I lack a better word, but you can always count on you hard at work at this... Talk about comitment:) You are a inspiration and I wanted to tell you, a little belated, to have a nice 2007:)
 
Hey everybody. I have been working on the weight but not always making it the priority it needs to be over the last 4 weeks or so. I am giving myself Friday and Saturday to just maintain and not really about loss. Saturday I'm going to go out and make sure I only have healthy things to eat and I'm going to start making it a priority again. I am going to start recording what I eat as well for a bit though I have never really counted calories, but it'll help me make the changes I need to. I'm treading water a bit, but I'm not going under.

Not going under is a GOOD thing - sometimes the best we can do is tread water!

Writing what I eat down has definitely helped me - I hope it helps you too!
 
CANNON! Hey man! I haven't been by in a while but I've been thinking of ya! Hope your new year was a grand time. Keep up the great work, '07 is your year buddy! Go get 'em! :)
 
Cannon haven't seen ya in awhile so I thought I'd pop in on ya.....

cannon I know how hard it can be so if you back off a little it's not so bad. the trick is to get going again as soon as you can so you don't have to re-lose very much of the same weight again....
 
OK, I'm about to weigh-in and see what I have to relose and then I'm going to get on the straight and narrow. I'm on a weird diet because of the cold I'm on which takes out some very healthy foods so I'm going to concentrate on calories and getting in my water today and starting to get exercise in tomorrow. I will be visiting other diaries today to catch up on all you fine people.
