Sounds like you had some good celebrations this week. How is the graduation going? I have no idea how it works "overthere" but the best of luck to you:)
Well, I better get to those d* books if I am ever going to graduate (or just pass my exams) Have a nice day:)
 
Hey all :). I'm still overdue on 2 different presents, but I got a Chicago Bears jacket because I wanted a lighter weight coat. However, it's probably going to be a few months before I need anything less than my very heavy winter coat. I got some books I was eyeing as well and I got some cash which was nice. For my birthday and all I put on about 4 pounds, but I know about half of that is probably salt that I need to lose. The thing I'm looking forward to most about graduating is that extra free night off a week--that and the pay increase.
 
Sounds like some nice presents:) An late presents are nice too, then its like you have a birthday again:) Well have a nice day:)

Its going to be kind of rough. I'm up about 2-3 pounds since last week and with the birthdays its OK. I expected it and I don't think its unreasonable, but I have 3 Christmas parties this weekend. I'm not falling off the wagon and I'm not giving myself permission to gain weight, but if I can just get into next weekend losing the birthday weight and not gaining more I'll be happy.

You'll do fine Cannon! Eat lots of fiber, haha. I am a weakling when it comes to parties with appetizers. Just do what I did for thanksgiving, leave the country. haha JK

I'm sure some of that poundage is just water. You'll be back on track in no time.
 
Hey everybody! I've been busy, but I'm not off the wagon. I survived the parties and did put on some weight, but it is certainly managable. I'm looking forward to getting caught up with everybody.

Hi C! I havn't been round these parts in ages (sorry). Holidays are the bain of my diet, seriously. I've totally dissed so many parties this year because I don't want to be surrounded by food. Keep up the good work buddy!
 
Tomorrow is graduation which means a bit more overindulging and also some mid-way pics for the before and after page.
