Can you see a difference?

This is my first time posting a pic, so I hope I do it right.

Can you all see a difference in my face? It's something that has always bothered me - I hate the chubbiness in my face! I think I've gotten rid of my "double chin" as it is called. The first pic is from this January (2005), the second is from just a month ago, and the other I just took like 5 minutes ago. What do you think?
 
I can definitely see a change in your face. You've obviously been working hard on your weight loss. Well done :D
 
yes i see a difference! looks like about 30 pounds or more.

wonderwoman- I hope you're right! lol, I don't know how much I've lost cause I only weighed myself for the first time last week.. I don't know how much I was in that first pic.
 
You look amazing, you must be so proud of yourself. Thank you for posting your pictures, that's really motivating for the rest of us. You're going to be trouble by the time you reach your goal pretty girl, hehe. I like the hair color in your last picture, it looks good on you. What kind of weight loss plan are you doing?

Thank you so much. I can't believe you're saying my pictures are motivating, that makes me feel great! I'll make sure I continue to post throughout the weeks.

I am on the Weight Watchers Points Plan... it's great! It was really tough at first, I tried and quit 3 times before I actually stuck to it. I've been steadily on it for 3 weeks now. I love it because I can still eat whatever I want, I have just learnt to limit myself. And even though I can still eat junk, I tend to pick better things now because it just takes up too much of my points!

My workout regiment is 40-60 minutes of cardio, 4-5 times per week. I also lift weights 2 times a week for toning, and I try to do 100 AB crunches a day (on the exercise ball for good back support). If you're like me, AB crunches can be very difficult to do after you get over about 30, so I do them in sets. 4 sets of 25, it works well! :D
 
you are doing fab! very motivating. :D

your pics are encouraging as well...i have chubber cheeks and round face to truly emphasize...my weight is never concealed in my face. but it is the first to show improvement!

great job! i am looking forward to your future "losses"!

Oh yeah, I took my measurements too, and boy is my bust going down like crazy. That's probably the LAST place I need to lose though! What exercises should I be doing to focus on my hips/lower back? That's where I carry most of my weight.
 
I totally see the difference in your face! You are doing great, keep up the good work. For your hips I would suggest leg lifts and squats, and back extensions for your back. All that cardio will help too. Good luck and take care!

Your looking really awesome! A huge diff in the face. I suffer from a chubby face too.. so i know how it feels!
