it can be using a gym or nothing

and whats like a good diet

Well, you haven't given us any details on yourself ... weight, height, diet, current regime, so it's little difficult to make suggestions as to how you can reach this kind of physique.

Generally, it shouldn't be particularly difficult as this guy doesn't really have that much muscle at all - reaching this physique is going to be down diet, cardio and light weight-training.

Oh sorry, like 53kg, 5'8.

and i dont have a diet regime and current regime yet

Yeah I'm after this kind of physique too, cause like, being a highschool student I don't have time for anything too stressful. I'm 6'2 (182cm's), weigh 70kg and I'm not very fit, pretty flabby and really just looking to tighten up and I'm prepared to do the work.

I'd like to know a good eating plan, a good work-out (preferebly at home, but me and the maker of this thread are friends and are prepared to join a gym. He's shorter and a thinner then me.) and what, well especially NOT to eat, but what the best things to eat.

If a picture is needed... I guess that could be arranged.
