Oh ok, i was 5'10" and 235. At your height and weight your definetely not obese, but maybe with some of the standards today they would consider you that.
Id guess your between 25-30%. Get a good routine and diet together and rip it up dude.
aha yea they all say im obese. but thanks im trying. it seems it's harder to lose weight now. running about 2-5 miles a day and counting calories proteins and fats. so hopefully im trying to get abs or atleast a big difference by december.
So what have you done to lose that 30 lbs ? liftin ? cardio ? diet ?
Like i said, some standards consider anybody a little overweight obese so dont sweat it.
That index wants me to lose 104 lbs to drop me to 180lbs and a BMI of about 20 (it says I'm 36.6BMI). I could stand to lose 50lbs but not 100lbs

For most of us here, the BMI scale is useless.. but that doesn't mean the BMI scale is useless for all intents and purposes.. however, the BMI shouldn't be used on individuals, only on groups. That's what it's made for. Also for kids to see if their weight goes up along with their height.
