Im 14 and i weigh 10 stone. I have very little confidence and i think if i get slimmer i will get some more confidence. I weighed 9 stone before the summer. I want to get slimmer with exercise before february.But, i cant go to the gym because i never have time.
I play soccer and i train twice a week and have a match once a week. I have 2.5 lb weights and a skipping rope. Is there anyway i could use these to do fat burning exercises at home.
I mainly want to lose stomach fat.
