Hey everybody!!
Long time no update... so after I reached my 100lb goal my life changed around a bit.. school got really busy and I started a new relationship with an awesome girl ive known for a long time.. Needless to say, i have been busy and quite tired from my schedule alone.. Likewise, I stoped my running routine in february and my diet definately started slacking on the rules. I gained about 10 lbs back rather quickly, and It just stayed there for the past few months. I think that is just where my body wants to be (without diet/exercise).
Anyways, since school is winding down, and my girlfriend's dad wants to lose some weight too.. Im getting back into my routine! I am going to be Downhill mountain biking Mon, Wed, and Fri. and I think Ill try to do my runs on Tues and Thurs nights..
The biking was my GF's dads idea.. a common interest, and I will most likely be running by myself again..
anyways, just wanted to give an update and let you know ill be around!
