Can i get a six set by training at home?.......My body detail is..

im 18 years old,
my waist is 34 inch, when i pull it in it become 31 inch
my chest is 39
my height is 5 foot 9 inch


i cant go to gym for some reasons?...Can i get a six set if work really hard at home?..if i can- then how?

plz help
 
Eat right and work out hard. The key to six packs is low body fat. Crunches, leg raises, leg lifts, planks etc will all hit your abs, but if you have too much fat, they won't show. You need to be burning off more calories than you are taking in.
