can i eat more?

I'm 23, female, 5'6". I started eating well and working out 2 weeks ago and I've gone from 128 to 121. My goal is 115. Do you think I can eat more and still lose? Right now I'm eating 1300 calories a day and working out 6x a week. I'm scared to increase calories because I'm loving losing the weight and don't want it to stop yet. I am quite hungry though. Advice?

How is your performance in the gym?

Try this . You'll basically be figuring out your metabolic rate at rest, and then using a multiplier (depending on your perceived activity level) to get the amount of calories you need.

based on your numbers, yes you need to be eating a bit more. safe fat loss is 2lbs per week. you've lost way more than that.

even though some of it was water weight...its still a bit too rapid. you're likely burning muscle tissue too, and muscle burns calories which makes fat loss easier...so you don't wanna burn muscle tissue.
Add a couple hundred calories, mostly protein. i bet you still lose 2lbs a week.
