Can I do it again?

So I'm back. I realized that I need that extra push to myself to lose all the excess weight. I had a baby boy 9 months ago. having a baby is blissful. But it led to lot of weight gain. My weight went up from 149 to 183 during pregnancy. Currently I'm 165. I lost 18 lbs in last 9 months. But i need to firm my muscles. my abs. I feel like a loose overstretched bag. My face has lost its glow, My hair is a mess and my tummy skin is baggy, and loose.

So going back to basics I need to start Working out, eating better and taking care of myself.

My goal is to reach my pre pregnancy weight in next 6 months.

And no matter what I need to achieve that.
 
Fresh start in the morning! Eating spinach tomato egg white for the Breakfast. Will keep up the work by working out in the evening. Have joined Ediets.
 
Aw, baby boys are the cutest! Congrats on your weight loss so far, you're doing great! I read somewhere that women gain and maintain an extra 10 or so pounds for several years after childbirth, so yay for you not wanting to be another statistic! My mom was super skinny before she had my older sister and me, and while she's not fat, she's overweight and has been since we were kids.


Your breakfast sounds yummy, minus the tomato (not a huge fan of them..something bout the mushyness on the insides..). Keep up the good work.
