can I change my butt?

Didn't know where else to ask this.

Ok, recently I've hit the gym about 3 times a week, at least an hour, usually between 90 mins and 2 hrs. Apart from cardio, I've been working on my thighs and bum. Now, I have no idea about my butt, apart from the fact that it's not fat or flat. However, i do want to tone it up.

the question is, am i able to make it a different shape? I want it to be slightly more 'prominent'. What do i need to do to achieve this?

If anyone needs more info, please ask, I'm new to this and probably don't know what info to provide, other than "I want my butt shape to change" :rofl:
 
Ass to the grass squats
Hill sprints
Straight back straight legged deadlifts
Lunges
One-legged squats
Plyometrics is good

Try those and see how your butt feels ;)

Everything she said, but I just wanted to add that I've found that doing single arm straight leg deads to be fantastic. The DB is smaller so you need to get lower for it to touch the floor so your ROM is increased and hits your butt better
 
Well, you can lift it up and make it stick out. Your butt is a huge muscle, when it's well developed it becomes big and round rather than flat and saggy

I'm not sure I'd do all of those things in one day, though ;)

FYI, the gluteus maximus is the thickest muscle in the human body. That being said, it is not difficult to develop a good set of glutes. Just do those things and you'll notice a difference very quickly ;)
