Didn't know where else to ask this.
Ok, recently I've hit the gym about 3 times a week, at least an hour, usually between 90 mins and 2 hrs. Apart from cardio, I've been working on my thighs and bum. Now, I have no idea about my butt, apart from the fact that it's not fat or flat. However, i do want to tone it up.
the question is, am i able to make it a different shape? I want it to be slightly more 'prominent'. What do i need to do to achieve this?
If anyone needs more info, please ask, I'm new to this and probably don't know what info to provide, other than "I want my butt shape to change"
