Can I burn out?

I do cardio 7 days a week. Its mostly jogging and I throw some HIIT here and there. I also play soccer every day...Mostly pickup games though. In addition to the cardio I do weights 6 days a week.

I'm kinda worried that I'll start tearing muscles or won't see any changes.

I'm 16 years old 5'8 and about 180
