Look I was in borders today and reading weight training for dummys and of course reading the abs section and I was reading myth #2 and it said the myth was that everyone can get ripped abs if they tried hard enough and it said this wasnt true because of genetics and what not is that true or not. Have I been doing all this working out for nothing? I am really frustrated right now. Im not sure if I should keep going. I dont want to quit cuz I'm not like that. Im 17 years old now my height is 5'8.5 and weight 148 right now in the morning when and yes I've lept a good diet and unfortinetly made a few mistakes in training and I also do martial arts as well. Look I need to know if that article was right or not. I dont know my BF % but im sure it isnt low enough or not please help me out here guys. Also if this is true does that just mean that different people have different shaped and different looking abs?
