ive been doing 500 crunches a day since a week ago my routine everyday is 20-45 minutes eliptical trainer then plank lift for 1 minute then 100 crunches i repeat the plank lifts and crunches 5 times...my parents were worried its not healthy for some reason i was wandering....at first my abdominal area hurted when i started doing this a week ago but now its used to it and i dont feel a pain the next day... Is This Harmful?
