Calisthenics

This may seem like a dumb question but is it possible to get big by just doing Calisthenics. I don't mean like BodyBuilder big but lets say I wanted to add 12 to 15 lbs of muscle, and Im eating all the right things Chicken,Fish, Protein Shakes, and etc. Im 5''11 and weight 220 lbs.
 
No not really. You could gain a small amount of muscle but its not really worth it. you'd be better off with home made weights.
 
Nah, cardio is not great at building muscle. Try adding some body weight exercises if you cannot afford a gym membership or free weights. The trick to increasing lean muscle is adding resistance of some sort- body weight counts :)
 
nope, and even pushups...you eventually adapt to your own bodyweight. 10-15lbs of muscle on bodyweight alone seems like too high a goal.
 
You can definately gain some muscle, but 10-15 lbs is a tall order. Like malkore said, you'll plateau eventually, and it's difficult to say where exactly that'll happen. There are plenty of things that you can vary besides poundage, like angles, range of motion, grips, stances, and speeds and repetition. If you like, see how far it'll get you by mixing these things up. It's always good to have some equipment though.
