Hey all.
No loss this week

But no gain, which is positive, still I hope I haven't reached a plateau- though really I think it's just a consequence of my settling into a routine. I think I'll vary things up this week... as evident in my last few diaries alcohol has crept it's way back into my weekends, that's probably where I need to knock things on the head.
Forgot to post a progress pic at 270, as I said I would for achieving each of the decades on the way down, so here's me now still at 269.
