Happy with how last week went, only real annoyance was a piece of chocolate I had on Thursday- went into a papershop to get some change for the bus and they literally sold nothing but chocolates, sweets, cigarettes and alcohol! I felt bad just buying a 30p newspaper to get change of a £20 note so also grabbed a bar of chocolate. Once it was in my possession I just simply didn't have the willpower to do anything but consume it!

It's not all bad though, one off hehe.
A few diet sodas have crept their way back in but they're my one real remaining vice and at the minute at least they're sweet and calorie free. Another 3lbs down this week, 1lb to go to reach my revised end of year target, wo0t!
