I can't tell you how bad I have training ADD. On Thursday I went in without a real plan (a huge mistake of mine) and just started going at different stuff. I'm glad you agreed on the idea of mine...I was wondering if I had an insane idea or if it was sound in thought. I'm working a bit, or rather will be working a bit with Craig Smith on my training setup aside from the frequency stuff.

So we're agreed high frequency on 2 lifts combined with 2-3 regular gym days?

Where have you been Sir?

I've been here on low profile a bit. It took me a sec to recover from the back to back competitions. I played a soccer game on Weds and was able to play teh entire game without shin splints kicking in. I was a bit achy the next morning, but a massage killed the pain. I'm just glad that that horrid shin splint ordeal is finally over.

I'm bouncing some ideas off Georgen and Craig Smith on a new training setup.
