Byebye Big Bum!

So hows my favorite perve from across the pond? Been a few minutes since I've been in here. Oops... Sunflower is another favorite perve in the UK also so I better be careful as to not show favoritism or anything. Could ruin my chances with both of you if I ever go on a holiday to your neck of the woods...

I'm sure Jjjay is busy running her hot little butt off to drop those holiday pounds that found all of us the last few weeks.... Right?

Yes, Where are you???????? I've just got back from London and want to tell you all about my new bras!!!!!!!!

I've got her work/personal email (I'm not sure which) but feel a bit like a stalker emailing her on it...Do you think I should? Just to check she's alright?

Well, I answered my own question and emailed her ;) Just let her know that we're thinking of her and hope she's alright x

Hey guys - I am around - going to try and lurk a bit and then post a bit and then lurk some more. I have no time at the moment - leaving for work at 6am, getting back god knows when at night and not even having a second during the day. Should calm down a bit mid-Feb I hope. At least this means that the weekend is the only time I have to eat much!

Sitting at 184lbs as of today. Desperate to get back down to 177 at pre-christmas GOD that felt SO GREAT. I've noticed a bit of tummy roll come back with that extra half a stone so it made a real real difference.

Long term goal - want to be 170lbs in time for my easter holiday and 160lbs by August for my summer holiday. Thinking back to last year, I was 210lbs this time last year, so I lost a maximum of 33lbs, kept off 26lbs.

The main hiccup is the short days make it difficult to get out running - I went for a 5 mile run last weekend which I managed and was amazed I did it as I hadn't run for a couple of months, but the next day, I realised I'd hurt my foot somehow and its been painful to walk on for the last week. So, once that is better, I'm back on the road! Its all excuses though, as I have an exercise bike in my bedroom and abs DVDs that I could do - just got to make the decision and GET STARTED. That's all it is.

I know there's a few of you out there that will demand a Mr X update, so - been texting / emailing a bit since Christmas, spoke on the phone a few weeks ago and he was in a right grumpy mood but has been extra nice to make up for it since. Hopefully meeting him in another month or two to catch up - so got a weight loss incentive right there! I am determined NOT to be heavier than the 177 last time we met and would like to have lost some more weight.

So...aiming to lose at least 3-5lbs per month (I know that doesnt' sound much...but jeepers its hard to do!)
End of Feb - 177
End of March - 173
End of April - 170
End of May - 166
End of June - 162
End of July - 158

Anyhows, off to work for me - mega busy day, some seriously important things to try and achieve - lots resting on my shoulders...sigh...can only do my best!

Great to see you updating again :D Hope that your foot is better soon. I am 100% certain that you will be back exercising soon despite your little setback. I hope your foot gets better soon and looking forward to seeing you around more.

JJJAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! (runs over and gives her a big hug)

It's SO great to hear from you again. I can't tell you how much we've missed you!

I hope that work eases up for you real soon and that when it does you'll have not only more time to work out, but more time to come visit us here on the furum!

Take care lady!

It is always a tuff ride trying to lose weight because you always lean back to your comfort zone and usually that is unhealthy food. Once you learn how to live a healthier lifestyle it just all clicks together and great things start happening for all your hard work. It took me a long time to realize but now i love sharing the knowledge i have to help people get to that point that they feel completely great about themselves.(request removed) i always have my ear open to someone who needs help and support in losing weight.

gives jjjay a huuuge hug *hugs* one thing I really like about you jjjay is you are really a striver :) I find it very inspiring! You can definitely attain those goals! I gained back a lot of weight but I'm determined to lose it as well. We can do it!

hey guys :D
*hugs all around*
Nice to see you all again too! Thank you for the supportive posts! Xenon - I don't feel like an inspiration so I guess all I can say is if I can do it then ANYONE can!

Got 5 mins to myself at 6am to have a cup of tea before going to work YAWN! I am SO tired!
But the good news is, being so busy, I don't actually have time to eat - its a step up from the "so busy all I can do is raid the vending machine for chocolate to keep going" - I don't even have time for that at work now!! I'm averaging about 1000 - 1200 cals a day, most of these in my breakfast and evening meal when I get home. If I didn't make a conscious effort to eat something a bit more substantial for dinner I'd be on like 800 cals which I don't think is healthy for me. The chocolate cravings have definitely disappeared - its like I'm back in the weight loss mindset rather than the "oh go on then" mindset. I finished work at 7.30 last night and was tempted to stop for a McDonalds on the way home as I'd not eaten since soup for lunch but I was like, nah, I'll drive on home. A couple of weeks ago I wouldn't have done that!

So, down to 183 this morning. Hopefully it will just keep going like this (I was 187 last week after my christmas splurge). I've signed up for a 10km run in May so really want my foot to get better so I can start training - although the run 2 weeks ago did show that I can probably just get up and run 5-6miles with no training...just at a price!!

What else? Pah. X has not replied to my email. He was probably out of the office for a day or somehting - how unreasonable!! lol

Have a good day guys - sorry for not having the time to go through diaries right now, I'll make up for it..I promise!

Out of the office? How DARE he? :D

I hope you find some way to up your cals a bit...I started out with 1200 cals and lost 14lbs in one month and then it was hell to take off weight after that. I know things differ from one person to the next, but I can't help but want you to eat at least 1400 :p

I think I can help you out with abstaining from McDonalds. I used to eat there at least 2-3 times a week and then I saw this:

X_X
I haven't eaten there since. Not even the bread has mold after 6 months! And this was done in a regular kitchen, not a sterile laboratory!

Have a good day/night jjjay!
