This is my first diary entry on this forum.

Today was heavy leg day this was my workout:

Full Incline Weighted Sit ups (10lb plate tucked under chin)
BW+10lb*12 Three Sets

This morning before I went to a play date with my daughter I did some plyometrics. What I do is have a deck of cards flip over 3 cards at a time add em up and do that many of each exercise you go through exercise 2 times before deck runs out.

Alright well my eating was clean today I have cut my calories from 2300 to 1700 beings I was still eating enough to grow which I do not want.
My goal is to lean out a bit. I have enough muscle and now I want to shed this thin layer of insulation about ten pounds should do the trick.
 
cardio

I got my cardio done yesterday. I was trying to do low carb day and did good until the night:( I hate this!! I am watching calories more yet I feel fatter!!!! ARG!!!

this morning I will do turbo jams and later on lift at the gym its upper body high rep day
