bye bye 65lbs

I'm Nicole, just turned 20, have been heavy for as long as I can remember..decided to change that and lost 65lbs last year, about April '08-Nov'08, I've been the same weight since then, but have toned up a bit with bike riding and yoga. Ideally would like to lose some more, maybe 10-20lbs?

You look amazing... you do not need to lose 10-20 more pounds! I think you look perfect where you are at. Instead of trying to lose more weight, maybe try to keep your focus on staying fit and healthy :) Congrats on your weight loss... how did you do it?
 
WOW! You look amazing. I wanted to lose about 60 pounds also so you are truly an inspiration :) How did you do it?! And it only took you 6 months?!

My tattoos didn't change, just shrunk with me lol.

I changed my eating habits a lot, from what I ate to when and how much. For the first little while I kept a food journal to keep track of what I really was eating. I started walking home from work, about 30 minutes, and did yoga and pilates.

That's really about it. :D
 
my start weight was 205, now my weight is about 135-140? Really unsure..haven't had a scale since I've moved, would like another one..but they're too expensive for me atm haha
