Cory: Not discouraged. Just feeling a bit beat up.
Jenni: Yeah, not all fat. I posted my food and it couldn't possibly have accounted for even a pound so definitely something else going on.
Hi all. I've been off for over a week. There were a few 1's on the HRV plus a bit of under the weather malaise so the workout frequency has suffered. Still not a total loss as I did some reduced intensity plus with improved weather, have added a few walks of a bit over 4K. With me not posting food pics, Spice has gone a bit sideways on the nutrition as well but it's all good and just helps put things in perspective. Funny thing, I've not done any squats for a week and my quads are still achy. I may have to approach that with a few more recovery days and less intensity. I also let that get in the way of doing full blown cardio workouts. Mostly I've just felt quite tired and lacking energy so made a choice to back off a bit.
I haven't got a weight or BP number but I did have an HRR of 60 a couple days back, all the way down to 90 on one of the easier cardio workouts and I don't believe I've ever recovered so much down to such a low number. I have had an HRR of 70, but never down to 90 so I'll take this as a kind of win.
Today I got in a 4.2 K walk and push-ups in the morning and will assess later what else I ought to take on.
