Hey guys, I've been working out for about 2 months and everything is going well, but as a kid, it seems that all my weight when i added it on instead of going to my stomach went to my buttocks. Im 19, weight 186lbs and im pretty lean, but the worst feature of my body is basically my ass. I would like to have a more flat ass if possible, like just solid muscle. I mean my ass isnt huge but its just not as i would like it to be. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i could tone it up. Right now i run every other day 3 miles to try to burn some of it but nothing is really working out.
