...but you don't look fat!

If another person says this to me :banghead:

No I suppose at 6 feet tall I don't 'look' fat, but that does not negate the fact that I am too big for my taste. I can at least fasten my size 16 now, but it is a tight squeeze.

I gained those dang 15 lbs. back in about 7 months, now it is taking forever to come off. I was up at 180 and now I'm down at 178 and holding. Two pounds in 2 weeks, I guess that is the norm if you lose 1 lb per week, but I was 178 last week, so my body is confused.

And I've gotta kick that sugar habit, it is killing me. Soda is easy, candy isn't. My one downfall. You'd think with all the fruit I eat, I'd have my sweet fix, but nooooooooooo, my mind says "Eat that candy, eat it!"

Getting up at 4:30am in January to walk 1/3 mile to the gym is no fun either. I'm surprised I've gone as much as I have so far this month.

:nopity:

OK I'm done.

I wake up at 7:30am and am at the gym at 8:00 am. There are people out front. At first I thought they didn't open up, but after about 10 min, I find out the lock is broken, they had to call for a locksmith. So we are out there, freezing for an hour. At 9am we get in, I'm an hour behind on my workout now. Oh well, good thing it is Saturday.

I managed to do 5K in 47 min. Not the greatest time, but at least I have my starting point.

I had a gall bladder attack yesterday, and I deserved it. Deep fried Oreos are so good, but wreck havoc on the gall bladder. I haven't had anything deep fried in years.

I knew it was wrong.
I thought about my weight
I didn't think about my gall bladder
But I will think twice next time.

Hehe:D Honestly. You dont look fat. But its all in perception I guess. First of all i have to say, I think you are beautiful.

And i lol'ed about that gym moment, the one where you were an hour behind. :p I wish my gym opened up that early. I might actually get ont he bus and head down to it:p

And i Lol'ed again at the oreo thingy. Im not sure Why. I just did. =D

OK so I'm on my 2nd full day w/o sugar.

I'm OK so far, no bad withdrawal symptoms. I still have sugar in some processed foods like spighetti sauce, although I try to buy the kind with the least amount. But no candy, cake, soda....nothing.
