So, can you reccomend the EXACT kind of protein and creatine you buy? There are a few different kinds. Nice site to get 5 % off the matched.
 
When I'm bulking I use muscle milk, and when I'm cutting I use ON 100% Whey. And I don't use creatine :p
 
Mriek what ab dextrose or casein for nighttime? People say MM is a waste, not to buy into their marketing ab 'fats', and only take it if you want a good tasting shake. Personally, I ordered it its hella good tasting compared to Cytogainer. (which i just finished muh cg 5lb tub :'( )
 
Yeah muscle milk does taste good, it's also great for extra calories (why I use it to bulk).. I drink right around a gallon of milk/day so that's where most of my casein comes from, usually 2 glasses before bed (and most of the time I wake up around 3am to pee, so I chug a glass real quick). This is all during my bulking though, when I cut, bye bye milk & muscle milk.
 
Ok i'll be ordering it 2morrow instead of my CytoGainer. Mmm.. chocolate.. Not sure ab casein tho. cause milk and me don't mix. I'll prob. stick with peanut butter and a few flax. capsules, I heard that may do the trick. (for night)
 
I think they make slow release powders, I've just never looked into them because I like milk.. I know you can use cottage cheese, but I dunt like that. A LOT of people do though.
 
Okie dokie. Well now i just have 1 choice left.. Which flavors to go with in each. I know the chocolate is AWESOME in MM. (have 2 choices tho) Prob going with vanilla for 5lb tub of whey.
