Hi
Heres the deal, I am a 19 year old male who weighs 10stone 3lbs and I am 5ft 9 tall, however I have about 24% body fat and from what I can see its all on my lower belly and hips. Ive been trying to burn fat off my stomach with a combination of eating less fat and better foods and also working out, however i seem to be loosing weight but non of it is coming off were it should be only place were i can see a difference is my arms
What can I do to change this? any advice is appreciated
