In the last year I have battled with depression,sickness, and gaining weight. I have gain about 50 pounds in a year yikes! I am here today because I am getting my life back on track. I have an exercise routine planned out already and starting it this afternoon. I also have to start eating healthier. More fruits and veggies, I have started a food journal, to help me manage my portions and food intake. I appreciate any type of tips, or stories that would help me in my journey. I want to get to my goal weight to 150 lbs. My first goal is to get under 200 lbs though. Tonight I am going to the gym to do a cardio workout!
