Thanks, but currently feeling VERY disappointed with the results. My progress pictures show really no change at all, in fact, I almost look worse now. The only positive thing I can see are my collar bones, the rest of me looks just as horrid as it did before I started.
Anyways, had a great long ride on my horse. Wore my fitbit today all day, unfortunately, it seems to think that my riding is me going up stairs so it thought I did like 66 flights of stairs!! Not sure what I'm gonna do about that. It also tracked my 'steps' while riding, though I wonder how much it exaggerated them. Hmm.
Finished my seemingly pointless first day of Level 3 of 30 Day Shred. Some parts are definitely quite hard but didn't really rest, just kinda modified some moves so I could keep going (such as not doing as deep a squat or something).
Within 1500 cals.
 
Have noticed mystery floors my fitbit as well. It also seems to register an extra 3000 steps if I sit at the back of the bus where the ride is bumpier.

Still a lot of fun to wear the fitbit and see how well (or poorly) you sleep at night.

Great job on starting level 3, doesn't look like as severe jump as the move to level 2 was judging solely by your posts.

Weeelll, today I took a rest day from my 30 day shred!!! :ack2: I got home from riding, ate supper, and promptly fell a sleep for an hour and a half. I am exhausted and can't imagine hardly getting up not to mention working out and it's past 10pm. I'm mad at myself that I won't complete my challenge. :(

Oh, and I GAINED weight this week. up 0.2 pounds

You've earned your day of rest. You're into the 130s now and a small gain like that doesn't mean too much.

You've done absolutely fantastic with this by losing weight at a very hard weight to lose weight at. Enjoy your rest, you;ve definitely earned it.

Ate 1800 calories today. Having a great weekend that way. Planning not to eat out till after next friday, to make sure that the scale is as truthful on official weigh in day as possible instead of still coming down from a sodium high. My scale today was as low as I've ever seen it by a good pound and I'd really like to hold onto that for my official weigh in!!!
Spent all day walking around in the sun at a horse show taking pictures, rode my horse (a short jump school as it was 28 degrees celsius today!! Burnt to a crisp). I also did my 30 day shred video. Still unhappy I missed yesterday and it was a bit harder to get back to it today after 'giving up' on my 30 day straight challenge yesterday, but I got it done.
 
I didn't realize how many days had gone by since I looked through everyone else's diaries!! I usually try to go through them everyday, but I've been so busy at work, then riding I've been rather tired.
Completed day 3 of level 3 of 30 Day Shred. I don't mind some of the 'moves', some are easier than level 2, but some are quite difficult, mostly on the quads. I need to up my arm weights for some of the moves.
Had a good 45 min ride on my horse today, we only have like 3 weeks to our first show this year and we are so far from being ready!!
 
Getting really confused. Saturday morning my scale read 137.6 or something, was slightly over sodium saturday but not by much at all, sunday I weighed 138.8, was under sodium on sunday, and today I weighed 139.6 or something. WHY?!! Getting rather upset.
 
Had a fantastic day today, according to my FitBit One. I made all my goals today. Took over 14000 steps, Did 12+ Staircases (it sometimes messes up when I drive and counts more stairs than I actually do, but I did do for sure 12 stairs), walked over 6 miles, and will burn over 2500 calories.
I worked an 8 and a half hour day, went and had a good 45 min ride on my horse, did my 30 Day Shred video, AND went on an hour long walk with a friend.
Ate under my 1500 calorie goal too. Wish everyday could be this could, even though it was pretty busy.

Did well today. Work wasn't too hard today. Got off at 2 and had a good jumping riding lesson on my horse. Did day 5 of level 3 30 Day Shred! Halfway done the last level!!! Been taking the stairs as much as I can. Ate 1500 cals
Thinking that I'm gonna have to drop my cals by 100 a day (aka. average 1700 daily per week instead of 1800) as my weight loss just seems to be standing still. I've lost a tiny bit on my measurements so I am losing fat just a touch, but I still have loads of fat on my that I need to go!! I don't think I posted my 20 day progress pic from 30 day shred. They don't show any progress haha but will post them anyways.
 
I dunno I think there's some, looks like maybe a little progress at the waist. You're doing a fabulous job overall and you look great.

Today was a decent day. Under 1500 cals, did my 6th day of level 3, 30 Day Shred. Fairly long day at work. I really think I'm gonna have to drop to averaging 1700 cals a day/week, rather than 1800 cals a day/week. Will see what this Friday's weigh in says but I'm not holding my breath.
 
Hey - I agree with MrVee - I see some progress there too!! (Oh how I wish I looked like you!! Things in life are just soo relative)

Fantastic job with the exercise! I hope you have a good weigh in on Friday, you totally deserve it!

Did my 7th day of Level 3 today. SO bloody close to the end!!
Rode my horse out in a thunderstorm today. My reins got so slippery that by the end of the pattern we were doing I nearly had no control! Gloves next time!!
So busy at work right now!! Which is great. Burns cals AND makes me money haha.

Had a decent day today. Should have ridden my horse but work was quite hard today and I was tired so didn't but did do my workout and ate pretty good at about 1723 cals for the day.
 
Since I had a decent weigh in this last week, I decided to stick with my 1800 cals daily (averaged out through out the week). I want to eat as much as possible while losing, cause I love food and want to keep as much muscle as possible and have as high maintenance calories as I can.
Since I did great eating through out the week (including yesterday) Even though I was at 2400 cals today thanks to a big mexican meal, including deep fried ice cream I still have loads of cals left for tomorrow. I still have 700 cals left on TOP of my 1800 cals, so I could technically eat 2500 cals tomorrow, though will probably try to keep it a little close to 2200 incase I have under estimated some cals for the week.
One more day left of 30 Day Shred!!! Today was day 30, I should have finished today had I not missed that one day. I think I'm gonna do it first thing tomorrow when I wake up so I get it done and out of the way!! Gonna take a couple days off then start Ripped in 30. Planning to do it 5 days a week.
Had a great riding lesson today. Hoping to be ready to show by the middle of June!! Can't wait!
 
COMPLETED 30 DAY SHRED!!! Took me 31 days instead of 30 days unfortunately but I did it!! SO SO SO glad to be done. Taking a few days off then starting Ripped in 30, 5 days a week.
Finished my cals under 2300 cals which means I am still 200 cals under my weekly goal. Had a bit of a chocolate binge today haha. I gotta find some healthier options I really like. I don't mind having some chocolate everyday or having a day high in chocolate, but I want to integrate some more healthier options in more often.
Going to the zoo tomorrow, so gonna get some good walking in. Also riding my horse tomorrow (which I should have done today instead of almost not moving for the whole day like today)
