... Pulled-pork poutine...can't say I've ever heard of that one... but anything "poutine" is probably really yum.
... Hope the jacket is your inspiration "carrot" for you , a lovely treat for when those 15lbs. are gonzo! U will look great !

I m pretty sure your dedication will pay off & you lose those extra 15 lbs you want! & you have no problem fitting into the jacket (better).
 
Thanks. I look better in clothes than out of them (fortunately and unfortunately haha). Still not a pleasant birthday suit!
Had a good day today, ate about 1500 cals (was over by 23 cals but that doesn't bother me haha).
Called the vet office today and asked them to have my horse vet call me when he has a chance to discuss where we go from here. My horse is still slightly off I think, though it's part of the healing process to keep riding him to build strength in that leg.

Did well today on my calories!! Was about 9 cals over 1500. Only got home from the barn at 7, didn't really feel like making any actual supper and since it was already so late I just ended up having my popchips. Yum.
 
You should be in the 130s fairly soon I think. Keep up the great work.

Also "Pulled Pork Poutine" is an awesome name for a Canadian indie band. I can honestly say that I've never had poutine (arrogant American spellchecker doesn't recognize that word), but I can say that I've had french fries, gravy and cheese in close enough proximity to know how good it would taste.

Doesn't seem like I could fit it in the diet plan though...

It seems like I should hit the 130's soon but I am not hopeful for a decent loss this week. Yesterday and the day before I have been at the exact same weight as I was last fridays weigh in and the friday before!! Unless a miracle happens and I drop a good bit overnight, I'm gonna be stuck at the same weight for 3 weigh ins in a row!!

PPP is amazing!!! Yum Yum! As long as I work my cals around it anything fits into my 'diet' plan!!

,...and not suprising on the scale for you....you are in "normal" weight range now, and getting pretty darn close to your goal...so your body is likely starting to think "ok lady... don't want you to lose anymore... ha ha ha....
- I know Sarah noticed a major slow in her loss rate as she got closer to goal .... just keep up your good calorie counting... you will win over those fat-cells soon .... :)

Though it looks close on my goals, I have a LOT of fat left on me. I really don't look at all close to my goal yet.
Stayed nicely under my 1500 cals today, and quite low on sodium, however like I said the scale is not looking promising. Oh well, what can you do.
 
Ya, only 0.2 lbs lost this week and with such little difference it could have just been a fluctuation rather than a loss. 142.4 down from 142.6

Starting Weight: 168lb (Original Weight from a few years ago, my heaviest)
Current Weight: 142.4 lb
Mini Goal: 155lb by October 27th *MADE MINI GOAL Oct 19th*
Mini Goal: 150 lb by November 15th *MADE MINI GOAL Nov 9th*
Mini Goal: 145 lb By Dec 7th *Didn't make it* New Date: March 1 *MADE MINI GOAL Feb 22*
New Mini Goal: 140 lb By April 5th
Final Goal: 128lb
 
Hey Mystic, catching up on some diaries today. Don't worry about the slow loss, as Justina says a loss is a loss. Keep staying under your cals and the scale will show positive results. You are so close to your goals!! Well done gal!
 
Thanks guys. Yesterday was not a good calorie day. I had had a stressful day so had more chocolate than I should have. Then went do supper at a wings place, then went to a birthday party and had snacks there including a cream filled cupcake with loads of icing. Calories were probably at least 3000 for the day.

Not within my calories again today. But I don't care. There were special functionings happening this weekend and I am gonna have weekend where I don't watch everything I put into my mouth. As long as I get back to it on e the engagements are done. I am having dinner out with my mom tomorrow but should be able to stay in my calories.

Under calories for today!! 1750 to finish off including going out for supper with my mom. As always, back on track again. 1500 cals Monday to Thursday next week.
