I'm in the same boat - I was so exhausted yesterday that I fell asleep on the couch at 15h30 till 17h00 - I think it's definitely the weather - its also 19 here and it has been raining for 2 days now.

You will be riding Elis in no time. Great job on the calories!

Today has been good. Under my calories. Went to the barn and rode a greenie (young, inexperienced horse), gave me a bit of a buck, but they were pretty pathetic. Haha.
I just realized why I probably have had less energy. I was just thinking about how little I have been drinking. I used to have a water bottle at work (which I still have) then I would get home and have 4-6 glasses of water in the evening. I always had Mio drink mixes in them cause I am not a big water person. However my snacks/foods have been a bit more sweety lately and I used to have more salty snacks/foods. So now I don't want to drink a sweet drink with a sweet food so I have just been having less water! Gonna try to step up my water consumption b/c lately I have been having my water bottle at work and that's about it!!
 
Checked my email and had 40+ email notifications of replies to threads!! Hope I turned that option off!!
I thought that was just me, because I was messing with that feature today. Yeah it went massively wacky all of the sudden today. 74 straight e-mails from the forum.

I think the changeover really fouled some stuff up. I hope those e-mails don't have too many calories in them...
 
Oh I thought I somehow did something cause I just saw all these replies to threads when I opened my mail box.

Hey - yup - I had a bunch of emails from the site too....but there is a "message" note at the top of the forum page - one of the Admin people admitted he was doing some fine-tuning and "created" the email "shower"...too funny - I was worried I'd changed some setting too...

Did well on calories today. Hoping I didn't have too much sodium either, as I would really like to see an accurate number on the scale this week. I would love to be at (or under) 146.5 as that would for sure be under what I was before Christmas. So far I have had 4 glasses of water, gonna go get another glass right now. Crossing fingers for weigh in tomorrow!
 
Looks like your BMI is about to dip below 25. Congrats on that. I don't necessarily buy the overweight/healthy line being drawn there, but congrats anyway. Certainly at your age it's likely a good thing.
 
Ya, it's getting there, though I have to get to 144 for it to actually pass into 'healthy'. I still have a LOT of fat at 144 so I don't feel that's actually 'healthy' for me.
 
Sigh, I now weigh exactly what I weighed on Saturday of last week. So really, zero loss this week. :(

Starting Weight: 168lb (Original Weight from a few years ago, my heaviest)
Current Weight: 147.4lb
Mini Goal: 155lb by October 27th *MADE MINI GOAL Oct 19th*
Mini Goal: 150 lb by November 15th *MADE MINI GOAL Nov 9th*
New Mini Goal: 145 By Dec 7th *Didn't make it*
Final Goal: 128lb
 
-19 degrees!??? :eek: Think I would die!! Lol it was 42C here yesterday, it's back to being a desert now the cyclones have moved on. (Er, 42C is extreme to me as well, just hard to imagine it being -19 when I just about melt stepping outside right now!)

I agree with Justina, you didn't gain, just keep going!! I'm sure we'll all get there (eventually!!)
 
Thanks guys. -19 really isn't crazy cold (even though I hate it). In Manitoba it was -47 (I imagine that included windchill, but still)
Today was definitely a bad eating day. Finished my calories around 3000. But that's ok, just back on it tomorrow. I wanted to make it to the gym tomorrow morning to get back on that, but I just got home from hanging with a friend and it's 4am. I have to leave my house for the barn at 12:30 so if I were to get to the gym I would need to be there by 11 which is only 7 hours from now. But then I am (most likely, as long as she's not still ill) hanging with a friend tomorrow after the barn. Geesh. But will be trying to get to the gym 4 times this week.

Hey Mystic - I hear ya - my scale not moving fast enuf either this month...BUT - at lease U didnt' gain , and U are so close to goal weight - your body likely resisting to give-up any more fat....
...so hang-in there, faith in your process - keep it coming...you will win over that fat soon enuf !

Thanks. I was under my calories today. Didn't make it to the gym cause I only got the 6 hours of sleep. Gonna go tomorrow morning before the barn.
I do have to remember that on January 11th I weighed 151.6. Now only 3 weeks later I am 147.6, which is 4 pounds lighter. That's more than a pound a week, which is actually pretty good. Gonna see how this calorie count (1800) goes for at least a couple more weeks, with about 4 workouts a week. If the weight continues this way then I will stay with 1800 calories. If it slows or stops, then I will see about dropping my calories to 1500.
