Good start!Today was the first day that I ate healthy. My doctor told me not to count calories and just to focus on clean healthy eating so this is what I ate today:
2 kind bars
an apple
1.5 cups of blueberries
1 serving of almond thin crackers
1 cup of buckwheat
1/2 bell pepper
1/4 cup of cucumber
handful of nuts
1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
i also walked my dog for 40 minutes and rode on the peloton bike for 20 minutes
my weight today: 175 lbs
This sounds so sane to me! Sending you all good wishes for it to work really well....not to count calories and just to focus on clean healthy eating
Yes the kind bars were each the ones with proteinUnless Kind bars are protein bars you're awfully low on protein. Sounds delicious though!
I totally agree! I want to like vegetables but I can’t find a way to prepare them that I likeOkay - life's too rushed right now, but after Christmas, I vote for a barrage of excellent vegetable ideas to appear in the Recipes section of this site!![]()
