bulky or tone

im 15, 5'6 and about 120 lbs, and i want to get stronger for sports and just to get stroner...and i dont know weather to go with bulky or tone and how to get bulky or tone? any suggestions would help. thank you
 
ditto on what Mike said, definately bulk, there's not too much to tone at 120 lbs, unless you like the outline of your ribcage :p
