bulking up the chest

Sorry if this was on one of the stickies didn't read some of it.
But If i wanted to bulk up my chest should I do heavier weights of pressing with less reps or something lighter that I can do more reps?
 
and how many reps i can only bench up to like 85 lbs havent worked out in a long time.

Do 3 - 5 sets of 6 - 8 reps using the heaviest weight that you can handle safely . With the bench press, make sure you have a spotter or use one of those contraptions at the gym that has safety catches to keep the bar from crushing you. If your last rep is a real strain, you are using the right amount of weight.
