Bulking Routine (Critiques please!)

I'm 18, 5'8" and weigh about 136-140. I'd like to go up to 150lbs and am currently trying to gain weight by eating about 3500 calories a day (25%protein 50%carb 25%fat). I'm in college now so I get a decent amount of exercise walking around and whatnot and I calculated my daily calorie use to be about 3000 (hence 500 more to gain). I'd like to take a protein shake but I don't think it's really possible to make it everyday in my dorm and whatnot. Here's my routine.

Gym every other day
Day1: Biceps/Forearms/Back
Day2: Chest/Tricep
Day3: Legs/Abs/Traps

I do 3-4 different exercises for each muscle group and do about 3-4 sets of 6-7 reps (I heard lower reps are better for bulking).
I also play tennis for 30-60min every other day.

You should try to limit all activity during the day besides weightlifting.
Lower reps is better for bulking but 3x10 w. a 4-2-2 tempo seems the optimal way to build muscle for a beginner. Make sure you rest at least 2 mins b.w. sets for full recovery.
I would try to go 4 total days. I have my whole routine posted in this section.
Do compound movements, little isolation.
What does your diet and movements look like?

thanks for all the replies. however, i'm not too sure how to go about eating 6 meals a day and being a college student, the only easily accesible place for food is the dining hall where i'm only to get 3 meals a day. should i stock up on some food in my room and eat between then? what do you recommend? thanks
 
It doesnt matter if you dont have 6 "sit down, hot meals" every day have your three meals at college, bettween classes eat, Beef jerky, fruit, protien bars (make them yourself), nuts, etc...

do your reasech in to your nuts!!!! There are so many diffrent types of nuts that have so many good things in them. Its well worth checking them out. they are easy and clean to eat, if worst comes to worst you can just eat them out your pocket. GUILTY [I put my hand up] peanuts have lots of protien and fats, there ok to eat as long as you go easy on other fats the rest of the day.

Try making some protien bars with golden syrup, whey powder, peanut butter and poridge oats. if your feeling bad you can coat in choc. If your good then youll use yoghurt icing.
 
seriously just cause we are girls doesn't mean we know more about nuts. i like all nuts in moderation and seeds too. almonds are really good i hear, for your bod i mean.. google it

Still a lot nicer than getting confused thinking your a girl and turning out to be a guy.

Now to answer the questionon your nuts. As I said before, There are so many diffrent types of nuts all have diff good and bad things.

Peanuts have lots of protien, but lots of fat.
Brazil nuts are really good for your manly bits!!! Blood flow or something, I cant remember but My girlfriend put them in my lunch all the time. Maybe she's trying to tell me something!!! anyway...
I can remember what they are all good for, I have a list at home but im at work now. Just google it. do your reserch and try to eat many diffrent nuts.

be carful when getting you nuts out on the bus!!! they could fall on the floor!!! and never grab other peoples nuts! They never taste as nice!
