I have consumed 40oz. of water so far and have had 5g Creatine before workout and 3g postworkout.

Weight 155lbs Height 5'9 Age 17 1/2. Give an idea of where im at workout wise:

Bench Max 185 clean 6 reps.
Curl 40lbs 5 sets of 8 reps each with good form. (sometimes i go down to 35 if form is lacking)
Dumbell Fly Usually 70-75lb dumbells 3-5 sets of 10 reps each. Peeked a few times now with spotter at 80lbs up to about 8 reps.

Those are just three exercises i do 10x more. It'd just take to long to list. I'm trying to get up to about 175-185lbs by this time next year. I know its do-able. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Also keep in mind that I have not had dinner yet and it is currently 8:30pm. So I will probably have some meat, a banana, and perhaps another protein bar.. This would put me at about 3800-4000 calories for the day which is my current goal.

How is it so far? I usually eat more throughout the day but have not been able to today..

taco bell?:eek2:

lol its a good source of essentials.. grilled stuft burritos have alot of rice, big tortilla for carbs, alot of meat.. but i did just drink another bottle of water so im at 56oz of water for the day.

I'm sure you're getting enough calories, but it would probably behoove you to get them from a more healthy choice. That being said, drink more water! With taking creatine 40oz of water is not enough. 128oz is a gallon, you should be drinking close to that, and maybe a little more.

Yeah you definitely want around a gallon a day. Especially since summer is coming up. Think about it, doctors say to drink 8 glasses a day. That's 64 oz, or half a gallon. And they're talking about the average person. A person who exercises and takes creatine needs more. Creatine can be hard on your kidneys if you don't get enough water. The last thing you want is a kidney problem or to get dehydrated.

Yeah i felt a little dehydrated today after my workout. I took a nap and when i woke up i had a splitting headache and i was looking pretty pale. I drank bout 3-4 bottles of water and feel 10x better.
