Bulking help please!

Hey guys, i was just wondering if you could give me your tips for bulking. When gaining weight, should the weight ( if done properly) come on very slowly? Because it has taken me a month to gain 5 pounds. Any thoughts would be lovely, thanks.
 
Muscle doesn't build overnight. It can be a slow process, so don't overthink it. Numbers are fine, but it's better to use your appearance and strength as indicators of progress, IMO.
