c'mon help me out

cheers

thanx for the help , another thing is that i train every day... i have a fair bit of strength ( i can bench 120kg's ) but i wanna look more cut and particularly its my arms i want bigger , my chest is at a decent size and doesnt need to be much bigger , what is good for obliques?

well i one of those who says if you want bigger arms, train your whole body with the major lifts. only direct arm work that really interests me is thick bar curls.

as for obliques, overhead farmers walks. great for obliques, abs, legs, arms, shoulders, back, etc ; )

you know that farmers walks are deadlifting a weight up (plates, buckets of something, small children or animals), holding by your sides and walking with it. usually if done outside in the yard, to the assumement of neighbors and passerbys

overhead farmers walks are deadlifting a weight up, then cleaning it to shoulders and pressing it to lockout and walking with it. big time fun, i'm doing them this afternoon weather permitting :)
